DESIGNER SPOTLIGHT: Alice + Olivia Stacey Bendet launched the alice + olivia collection at Barneys NY in 2002. Nicknamed StaceyPants, she was often found rollerblading through the city in those bold striped bell bottoms that the collection became instantly famous for. As it has evolved, the line has stayed true to its roots and Stacey’s quirky sensibility, focusing on the perfect pants while expanding and growing into a collection of detailed pieces including everything from sexy sequin dresses to great sweaters, and structured coats.
