Labellush.com is a Yahoo! Store merchant and will be utilizing the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions Link Tracker technology to facilitate the affiliate program.

Applicant agrees that the website "http://www.Labellush.com" is not to be promoted on sites that are pornographic / distasteful in nature, nor on site that solicit / promote illegal, counterfeit, or stolen property. Labellush.com reserves the right to cancel, at any time without explanation, the accounts of participants who do not comply with this rule.

Labellush.com will provided applicants with promotional materials to be used. This will include an assortment of buttons, images, and banners in a variety of sizes and formats. These materials are not to be altered in anyway by participants. Participant who wish to use their own promotional materials must submit their designs via email to support@labellush.com for approval. Labellush.com requests that participants link to their advertisements, rather than copying and saving them to their own server. All affiliate links automatically generate a 10% discount for visitors who enter Labellush.com through them. Labellush.com reserves the right to change this discount percentage at any time. The associated discount will be reflected automatically at checkout for visitors. Some promotional materials illustrate the additional discount, some do not. To improve the success rate for participants, Labellush.com suggests they use at least one advertisement on their site that describes the additional discount to their visitors.

Upon acceptance into the program applicants will receive a confirmation email that includes both a traceable link (to be placed into operation) and a special URL at Yahoo! Stores where they can check the number of visits and sales that they have sent to Labellush.com. The integrity of the data displayed on the applicants statistics page will be maintained by Yahoo! Store and can not be manipulated in anyway by the merchant.

Affiliates will earn $10/1000 Visitors that they refer to Labellush.com through their assigned traceable link.

Commissions will be paid in merchandise credit, unless cash payment is requested at the time of application. Applicants must have a valid Yahoo ID in order to redeem for merchandise credit. Yahoo ID's can be obtained by going to the following URL:

To apply a credit balance towards merchandise credit the applicant must first log into their Yahoo! account (using their Yahoo! ID and password). After they have logged in they can go to the statistics page URL provided in the confirmation email that was sent to them upon registration. On the statistic page participants will find text reading "You have a merchandise credit of $XX.XX (amount)". If participant is properly logged in with their Yahoo ID, they should see a link next to the amount that says "Go shopping with your credit". Participants should click this link to enter the store if they want to shop and apply their merchandise credit. Merchandise credits will automatically be applied at checkout if done correctly.

If "Cash" payment is selected at the time of enrollment, applicants must wait to accrue a $10 credit balance before a check payment can be issued. Do to system restrictions Labellush.com can not remove the merchandise credit option on the statistics page. If a participant has opted to receive "Cash" payment instead of "Merchandise credit" Labellush.com requires that they refrain from attempting to redeem their merchandise credit online. Failure to comply will result in account termination.

Labellush.com does not allow their partners to switch between payment types while enrolled in the program. If the applicant wishes to switch their form of payment they are required to cancel their participation, close their account, and reapply. Upon readmitting the applicant will receive a new traceable link, and a new URL to their new statistics page. Any remaining balance on the applicants previous account can not be transferred to the new account, and will be cashed out to the participant.

The participant is not required to provide their social security or business tax ID number at the time of application, however, Labellush.com may request it again at a later date. If the participants account grosses over $400.00 within a single year Labellush.com will have to collect either the participants personal social security number, or business tax Identification number in order to properly file the required tax documentation. Failure to provide this information upon request, within a timely manner, will result in account termination, and the forfeiting of commission balances exceeding the $400.00 limit set forth.

Labellush.com reserves the right to cancel, at any time without explanation, the accounts of participants who they deem are trying to manipulate or abuse the Labellush.com Affiliate Program.
