How does Make Offer work?

To submit your best offer on an item simply click the "Make An Offer" button, and complete the required fields in the form window that opens with the following information:

• Offered Price
• Size
• Name
• Phone Number
• Email
• Billing Information
• Shipping Service

Keep in mind all "Make Offer" sales are final, and offered prices do not include shipping fees or taxes (if any). Once submitted your offer will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email that either accepts, counters, or declines your offered price.

Offers are reviewed as quickly as possible during regular business hours; however, on occasion it may take up to 24 hrs to receive a response. If you do not receive an immediate response please be patient - we will get back to you!

Accepted Offers:

If your offer is accepted you will receive a confirmation email from us and your credit card or store credit will be charged. In addition to the accepted offer amount, your order total may include additional shipping fees and taxes if applicable.

If you wish to make offers on additional item(s) please let us know and do so as soon as possible. This will allow us to combine all of your purchases into a single order, and may help reduce shipping costs if applicable.

Countered Offers:

If we decide to send you a counter offer you will receive an email that contains a link to the offer history page. From this page you will have the option of either accepting, declining, or submitting a counter offer of your own.

If you choose to accept the counter offer you will receive a confirmation email from us and your credit card or store credit will be charged. (See Accepted Offers Above)

If you prefer to submit a counter offer of your own, make it stand out by setting a price that is fair, and it is more likely to be accepted.

Declined Offers:

If your offer is declined you will receive an email from us that contains an explanation for our decision. Some of the most common reasons as to why an offer might be declined include: The offer price was too low, the item ran out of stock, or your requested size was not available.

If your offer price was too low and you would like to submit a new offer, please return to the item page to do so.

When setting a new offer price, please keep in mind that all of our merchandise is purchased brand new and it is guaranteed authentic. If you keep the realistic costs in mind, and make your best offer stand out by setting a price that is fair, it is more likely to be accepted!
