How to Measure: Women
Measurements

How to Measure for Women's Clothing Bust - Wrap the tape measure under your arms around the fullest part of you bust. Then drop your arms to measure.


Natural Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.


Low Waist - Measure around the body (about 2-3 inches below the natural waistline), keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.


Hips - With feet together measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat; approximately 7-8 inches below your natural waistline.


Inseam - Measure from the crotch
down along the inside of the leg to about
one inch below the ankle.

How to Measure for Men's Clothing Shoulders - Keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other across the backside.


Chest - Wrap the tape measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. Then drop your arms to measure.


Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.


Hips - With feet together measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat; approximately 7-8 inches below your natural waistline.
